Responsibilities
- Conducting literature reviews, experimentation, and prototyping to identify and validate innovative research concepts.
- Incubating novel technologies in AI-assisted system design, automated reasoning, and verification.
- Translating business and engineering needs into well-defined technical problems and scalable software solutions.
- Designing and implementing robust, high-quality algorithms with emphasis on correctness, reproducibility, and performance.
- Applying systems thinking to model, synthesize, and validate complex engineering systems.

Requirements
- BS in Engineering (CS, ECE, EE, ME, or related) with 5+ years of experience, OR MS with 3+ years, OR PhD with 1+ years of relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience in at least one programming language such as Python, Julia, C, or C++.
- Experience writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code in a commercial or enterprise software environment.
- Hands-on expertise or strong foundational knowledge in Systems Engineering/MBSE, AI/ML/Deep Learning, or Formal Methods/Verification.
- Background in applied research, ideally transitioning ideas into working software and leading complex technical projects.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve technical obstacles, and drive innovation to completion.
