Your chance to join Porsche. We are looking for a Teiledienstmitarbeiter (m/w/d) to strengthen our team at Porsche Zentrum Bonn. As a Teiledienstmitarbeiter, you will be the point of contact for all customers of our Teiledienst (used car and parts sales), ensuring timely delivery of vehicle and accessory parts, providing customer advice on accessories, wheels, tires, original parts, and software products for retrofitting, and ensuring the logistical value chain. You will also be responsible for shaping customer relationships with the goal of high customer satisfaction, shop maintenance, and design.

Requirements:

• Completion of a vocational training as a Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik (m/w/d) and successful experience in this field
• Experience and knowledge in the sale of parts and accessories are desirable
• Strong understanding of business and organizational skills
• Enthusiasm for modern information and media technology, particularly systems for the Teiledienst
• Communication skills and customer orientation
• Enthusiasm for teamwork

• Self-initiative and independence
• Willingness to work shifts within our opening hours
