Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our team as a Data Processing and Quality Control Specialist in Taguig City, Philippines. You will be responsible for performing various processing tasks, coding data into our IQVIA database system, and ensuring high-quality output.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all processing tasks
- Code data into IQVIA database system
- Log production-related issues and collaborate with LO, IP, or other parties to resolve them
- Update details of production-related binding documents with LO
- Escalate any issues found during production to LO or relevant support teams
- Conduct Quality Control
- Create and deliver output files in different formats to end-clients or LO according to schedule
- Provide ad-hoc support to LO on request
- Monitor jobs across different IMS systems
- Prioritise production schedules
- Maintain and update KPI and AIS records
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert for all processes and tools, answering queries as needed
