Job Title: Officer, Asset Services, Direct Custody and Clearing, HSS

Job Summary: As an Officer, Asset Services, Direct Custody and Clearing, HSS, you will be responsible for understanding daily stock market newspapers for Corporate Action events, updating various Corporate Action events into the system, and liaising with local brokers/issuing companies/KSD where necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Understand daily stock market newspaper for Corporate Action events
• Update the various Corporate Action events (e.g. proxy voting event, dividend, etc.) into the system
• Liaison with local broker/issuing company/KSD where necessary
• Handling client instruction and inquiries for relevant tasks
• Understand and validate associated or separate tax implications related to Corporate Action events
• Prepare monthly/annual tax report to file to the local tax authority
• Review tax-related documentation
