Description
We are seeking an Engineering Manager to join our Enterprise engineering pillar, focused on scaling product experiences for our biggest customers. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead, manage, and grow a team of high-functioning engineers responsible for our systems and frameworks. You will partner with engineering leaders to drive technical decisions and initiatives to build products in a high-quality and sustainable way. You will nurture a team of passionate and capable engineers, partner with senior engineers to multiply their impact, and coach & grow early-career engineers. You will implement processes to help the team scale and be productive, while allowing for agility to accommodate the dynamic environment that we operate in.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience as an engineer (previously in a staff or TL level IC position) and 2+ years as a manager, or a similar combination. They will have strong customer focus and experience working closely with Product Managers to define products, manage tradeoffs, and drive adoption with customers. They will have experience with navigating large, complex systems, leading high performing engineering teams in a fast paced environment, growing and mentoring engineers, and managing, organizing, and prioritizing multiple projects and work streams.
