Comfort Manager

This temporary position is open for a Comfort Manager to oversee and manage all aspects related to passenger comfort within the Rolling Stock department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the comfort of passengers on continental fleets, working closely with internal and external departments.

Responsibilities:

• Be the point of contact for operational teams (MiTMs, Train Managers, OBS) for comfort-related issues of the continental fleet. Establish a communication plan to enhance cross-functional collaboration, prepare webcasts, and participate in daily operational meetings.
• Analyze and follow up on customer satisfaction results related to comfort, addressing them with all relevant stakeholders (internal and external) to improve customer satisfaction.
• Monitor continental fleets on comfort issues and develop action plans with Fleet Management, Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to increase overall satisfaction.
• Support and drive commercial and engineering projects related to interior arrangements to improve safety, reliability, and customer experience.
• Act as a central point of contact for Rolling Stock, Commercial, OnBoard Services, and Operations, providing support and taking the lead during relevant meetings.
• Represent a transversal and inter-departmental vision on train interior equipment; act as an independent and objective partner representing the interests of various stakeholders and engineering.
• Develop business cases and recommendations based on customer inquiries and internal feedback to improve onboard comfort.
• Check the quality of comfort-related repairs and work methods during night interventions in depots. This position requires occasional nighttime presence (approximately once a month).
• Be the point of contact for setting up a process for reporting incidents to improve collaboration with depots.
