Description
We are seeking a Finance Specialist to join our team in the south of France. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing all accruing bookings and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions.
Your tasks will include: Invoice check, parking and posting Checking and posting travel expense reimbursements Support for monthly and annual closing and for French tax audits Support for accounting audits by responding to the French auditor Preparation for the monthly VAT return Preparation for the European VAT refund
To be successful in this role, you will need: Education in finance/accounting is mandatory Several years of practical experience in a comparable field of responsibility Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office, especially Excel Fluent French and good command of spoken and written English Independent and structured way of working High affinity for numbers and very good analytical skills Flexibility Open, committed and team-oriented personality
