Summary
McLaren Automotive are looking for a talented Digital Project Manager at their Bicester office. This role bridges design, engineering, and product strategy to deliver intuitive, high-performance in-vehicle digital experiences across infotainment systems, instrument clusters, ambient lighting and connected services. You'll work directly with leadership to shape the company's direction in the automotive and technology markets.
About the Role
As a Digital Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end delivery of automotive UI design projects from concept through production. You will define project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation. You will manage cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, software engineers, system architects, and electrical engineers. You will ensure alignment with McLaren requirements, design direction, brand guidelines, and regulatory standards. You will communicate clearly and efficiently design decisions to Senior stakeholders through design programmes process, with ability to present concisely and with confidence autonomously.

The Candidate we're looking for
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in digital project management, preferably within automotive, mobility, or embedded systems.
Technical skills:
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Strong understanding of HMI systems, infotainment platforms, and in-vehicle software ecosystems.
