HSE Specialist (Bahraini Nationals)

Job Description

Type: Full-Time

Location: Bahrain, Sakhir

Qualification and Skills Required:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
2. 1–3 years of HSE experience, preferably in technical or industrial settings.
3. Strong knowledge of HSE standards and documentation.

Key Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

1. Support the implementation of HSE policies and procedures.
2. Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
3. Maintain HSE records and monitor PPE usage.
4. Assist in incident investigations and corrective actions.
5. Deliver safety inductions and awareness sessions.
6. Help organise emergency drills and HSE Committee meetings.
7. Promote environmental compliance and safe work practices.
