As an Inventory Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our inventory levels are optimized to meet business demands. You will be responsible for monitoring inventory trends, analysing data, and providing insights to ensure efficient stock management. Your expertise will contribute to minimising stock shortages, reducing excess inventory, and supporting the overall supply chain strategy.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Analysing inventory levels and trends to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
  • Monitoring and reporting on stock movements, including receiving, shipping, and stock transfers.
  • Collaborating with procurement, production, and sales teams to forecast demand and adjust inventory accordingly.
  • Performing regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have proficiency in Excel and inventory management software, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
