The Adler Pelzer Group's Dynamic NextGen Academy (DNA) is a prestigious long-term training scheme aimed at nurturing new talent for our organisation and developing your skills and expertise across multiple disciplines.
Launched in Europe, North and South America, the Program lasts four to five years working in various positions and geographical locations. You will be assigned a role in our EU or America locations and must be prepared to move for at least 18 months several times.
Your tasks will include undergoing initial training in our global headquarters in Hagen, Germany, managing job duties in an assigned role in engineering, production, project management or controlling, learning how the business works in an international company with a matrix organization and the Automotive industry, bringing in your passion and personal dedication to build our future together, and working on a specific project based on business needs.
We are looking for candidates with a completed technical degree in mechanical engineering, chemicals engineering, or management engineer, with 0-3 years of working experience, minimum standard user IT skills, fluent English, and full mobility in EU/Americas or globally.
