As a member of our team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Porsche's sports cars. Our team is responsible for developing efficient solutions for combustion and hybrid drive systems. We work closely with engineers, component developers, and system developers to create transparency, identify synergies, and drive the development of Porsche's drive systems.
We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a practicum student. As a practicum student, you will have the opportunity to work on real projects and contribute to the development of our drive systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in the development of processes, methods, and tools for the product creation process in the drive system
- Supporting project coordination and cross-functional communication
- Planning, organizing, and conducting workshops
- Conducting technology and trend research on modern development processes
- Contributing to quality topics
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Gaining insights into the development of Porsche's drive systems of the future
The practicum will last for 5-6 months and will start in March or September. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and contribute to the development of our drive systems.

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual with a strong interest in development processes. You should have a solid understanding of engineering principles and be able to analyze complex problems. You should also be able to communicate effectively and work well in a team.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering or a related field and be in their third semester or gap year between bachelor and master. You should have a strong affinity for process optimization and method development, as well as analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
