Description
We are seeking a Charge(e) de Clientèle Boutique to join our team at the Circuit de la Sarthe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our official products, services, and the Club de l'ACO to visitors to the Circuit.
Your primary mission will be to develop sales and build customer loyalty by establishing a trusting and high-quality relationship with our clients. You will also be responsible for welcoming, informing, and advising clients on our official products, services, and ticket sales for the 24 Hours of Le Mans and other events.
In addition to your sales responsibilities, you will be expected to maintain the appearance of our boutique, adhere to good commercial practices, and participate in merchandising activities and themed events. You will also be responsible for managing and tracking stock levels, participating in sales events during racing weekends, and providing telephone support to online customers.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong commercial sense, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will also need to be proficient in using merchandising tools, computer software, and point-of-sale systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
