Key Responsibilities:

• Customer care in all phases of the service process – from dialogue acceptance to vehicle return
• Active marketing of service and repair services
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and professional complaint management
• Active identification of customer wishes and repair needs
• Order and appointment tracking including quality control
• Invoicing, invoice checking and explanation
• Ensuring customer mobility

Requirements:

• Technical or commercial training with experience in the automotive trade
• Qualification as a certified automotive service advisor or willingness to obtain it
• Comprehensive market and industry knowledge
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation
• Strong team spirit with the ability and willingness to network with other company departments in the car dealership
