Senior Cost Accountant

The Senior Cost Accountant will be responsible for analysing manufacturing or operational costs, preparing cost reports, and helping management make informed financial decisions.

Work closely with operations, finance, and supply chain functions. In addition to the above, this position will support month-end and year-end close processes, prepare journal entries related to inventory and supply chain/mfg related costs. Yearly and interim financial audit support will also be required as necessary.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–4+ years of experience in cost accounting or manufacturing finance
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving
• Attention to detail
• Communication skills
• Experience in an aerospace industry
• Data analytics tools (Power BI, Excel)
• Process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
