The Role

As an Integrated Marketing Manager at Carta, you will be responsible for developing and executing full-funnel regional campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing campaigns that span owned and paid channels, including social media, paid digital, email marketing, virtual events, physical events, and gifting programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run full-funnel regional campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth
  • Collaborate with content, brand, events, digital, and product teams to bring campaigns to life
  • Own end-to-end execution of campaigns, from planning to launch to post-mortem
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance, including engagement metrics, attribution, and pipeline impact

You will be a key player in elevating Carta's European presence, accelerating customer acquisition through integrated marketing efforts, and shaping the way Carta engages with key audiences and stakeholders in the investor ecosystem.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or VC/PE ecosystem
  • Proven track record of running integrated campaigns and/or demand generation programs with measurable business impact
  • Demonstrated ability to own a specific audience segment, managing their end-to-end brand experience across all channels based on a deep understanding of their unique needs
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
  • Strategic thinker who can also execute with attention to detail and creativity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience localising messaging to regional audiences
  • Comfortable with analytics and tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, Luma, or equivalents
  • Deep interest in the private markets industry in Europe
  • Forward-thinking approach to technology, using AI as a force multiplier to automate routine tasks and focus on high-impact strategy
