Parts and Accessories Advisor

This is your chance to join Porsche. As a Parts and Accessories Advisor at Porsche Centre Lüneburg, you will be responsible for commissioning parts for customer orders and preparing them for the workshop. You will act as a liaison between logistics and the workshop team. You will present and sell Porsche Driver, s Selection products in an appealing way. You are familiar with Porsche systems and can apply them. You will ensure the permanent and immediate delivery capability based on customer needs. You will advise customers on spare parts and accessories and sell them directly to customers.

As a Parts and Accessories Advisor, you will:

• Commission parts for customer orders and prepare them for the workshop
• Act as a liaison between logistics and the workshop team
• Present and sell Porsche Driver, s Selection products in an appealing way
• Ensure the permanent and immediate delivery capability based on customer needs
• Advise customers on spare parts and accessories and sell them directly to customers

Requirements:

• Completed education as a warehouse logistics specialist or automotive salesperson or technical education
• Self-motivated and diligent work style to support the team perfectly
• Reliability, organisation, and high performance to convince customers
• Openness to continuous learning in all Porsche products, parts, and accessories, and service offerings
• Proficiency in MS Office and teamwork and communication skills
• Valid driving license (class B)
