Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Programs and Business Operations Lead to join our Canada Business Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional leaders and teams to scale our community growth and optimization-focused programs.
A typical day will involve aligning all functions to achieve objectives set by the Country Manager, driving regular business operation meetings, and initiating meaningful conversations. You will also analyze macro and micro trends, present analysis, insights, and actionable plans to Airbnb country and regional leadership teams, and support the Country Manager and other senior leaders on key strategic projects.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 10+ years of work experience, preferably with combined exposure to data-modeling, analytics, and project management in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment. You will also need to be a world-class written and verbal communicator, able to present at all levels of an organization in a succinct, clear, and eloquent manner.
Key responsibilities will include owning the conception, execution, and measurement of cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, defining a crisp problem statement, articulating the ideal solution to that problem, identifying key dependencies blocking that solution, and working with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve the solution.
This is a remote eligible position, but you must live in a province where Airbnb Canada, Inc. has a registered entity. Currently, we can hire in the following provinces: Ontario, British Columbia, Quebec, and Saskatchewan.
