As a Recruiting Specialist with a focus on Active Sourcing, you will be responsible for identifying and approaching suitable candidates over LinkedIn Recruiter, developing and implementing targeted sourcing strategies, and managing the initial candidate journey. You will also be the single point of contact for candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions in consultation with your colleagues from the relevant departments.
As a Recruiting Specialist, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Identifying and approaching suitable candidates over LinkedIn Recruiter, developing and implementing targeted sourcing strategies
- Managing the initial candidate journey, including winning calls and interviews
- Being the single point of contact for candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions in consultation with your colleagues from the relevant departments
- Building and maintaining qualified candidate pools and conducting talent mappings for specific target groups
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers from the initial needs assessment to regular discussions and final hiring decisions
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for people, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also have a strong understanding of active sourcing and various target groups and talent markets.
