We're seeking a motivated, ambitious Account Executive to join and help scale our North America Sales organization. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for closing high-value clients and growing the North America market.
Key responsibilities include acquiring high-quality new clients through efficient outbound strategies, identifying business opportunities targeting mid- to large-sized businesses, enterprises, and later-stage venture-backed startups, and managing full sales cycles.
Requirements include 6+ years' experience in sales or business development, fluency in English and Spanish, experience in financial services, payments, crypto, blockchain/digital asset technologies, and an existing network of transferable B2B relationships.
We're looking for someone with a proven track record of negotiating and closing complex, high-impact deals with C-level stakeholders, a keen interest in developing a career in a high-performing Sales team, and excellent communication skills.
