AVP (Full Stack) - CRM

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of AVP - CRM. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, formulating, implementing, and maintaining relevant web applications using Java/Python/ReactJS for customer relationship management and business insight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop automation solutions using Python to streamline and increase productivity of existing operation processes.
• Manage the timely delivery of output, and effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
• Open-minded, be ready to be challenged in a dynamic environment.
• Possess leadership skills to prepare a data analyst to complete decision-making and problem-solving tasks.

Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or other related discipline with minimum 8 years' working experience on data analytics.
• With solid experience of web application development, process automation, campaign leads / event triggers deployment, customer data analysis to drive omni-channel customer life cycle management.
• Strong knowledge on backend programming such as Java Springboot, Python FastAPI, restful API design and implementation, and React framework for frontend SPA, as well as database manipulation is a must.
• Experience in banking industry, customer relationship management, batch/real-time lead generation and decisioning, enterprise solution is a plus.
