Description

We are seeking a Quality Inspector to join our growing team in Lexington, MA. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a key part in ensuring that our manufacturing processes and products meet high-quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include conducting inspections, analysing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective quality assurance protocols.

In this role, you will work closely with our Quality Engineering team to identify, analyse, and resolve quality issues. You will also support internal and external audits on processes and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a technical or associate's degree in a related quality/mechanical/aerospace engineering field, as well as 3+ years of quality and/or manufacturing experience within the aerospace industry.

You will also need to have experience with calibrated equipment, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), and inspection of machined parts and mechanical assemblies.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Inspection of machined parts and mechanical assemblies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
  • IPC-A-610 or IPC-A-620 certification
  • Experience with manufacturing processes and their related systems
  • Experience with auditing processes and procedures in a manufacturing environment

Salary Range: $86,000 - $114,000 USD
