We're looking for two experienced Administrative Business Partners to join our 12-month flex program, focused on the crucial onboarding of new Google DeepMind executives.
In this 'touch and go' role, you'll provide expert administrative support during their initial 3+ months, directly contributing to their successful integration. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, flexible environment and excels at supporting senior leaders across various teams and areas.
As an Administrative Business Partner, you'll perform a wide range of E/ABP tasks on a rotating basis, including managing complex calendars, booking travel, creating expense reports, organizing events, and scheduling facilities and equipment.
You'll also seamlessly onboard/ramp-up and offboard new executives, adjusting and pivoting as needed to meet evolving needs. Additionally, you'll provide meeting support by circulating agendas, capturing notes, and ensuring action items are followed up on.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be highly organised, able to manage priorities well, and juggle multiple deadlines and tasks efficiently. You'll also need to be proactive, a self-starter, and a naturally strong problem-solver, able to anticipate what needs to be done without guidance.
You'll work closely with executive leaders and partners, establishing trust and making decisions on their behalf using excellent judgment and discretion. You'll also develop strong working relationships with each leader by thinking ahead, handling priorities, anticipating needs and future challenges, and proposing solutions to enable effective decision-making.

The US base salary range for this position is between $96,000 USD - $138,000 USD + bonus + benefits.
