Description

We are seeking a Counter Manager to join our team at Breuninger Stuttgart. As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and delivering sales reports to the Field Sales Manager
  • Contributing to sales success by motivating the team to achieve daily and monthly performance targets
  • Leading and motivating a high-performing team through personal performance reviews, events with Tilbury Theatre, and general line management
  • Planning and budgeting for the team, including forecasting and processing payroll
  • Working with suppliers and senior stakeholders to maintain brand standards and procedures
  • Monitoring stock levels by managing sales, audits, and stock counts, analysing all available information to advise the Field Sales Manager on stock levels proactively
  • Managing talent within the team, including recruitment, training, and succession planning
  • Ensuring compliance with personal policies and procedures, and seeking guidance and advice when necessary
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes in-store, recruiting top talent, and providing a magical application experience for all interested candidates
  • Identifying training needs within the team in collaboration with the Field Training Manager, and providing feedback on progress in areas with development potential
  • Driving performance metrics in your area to achieve market-leading results and maintain position one
  • Ensuring optimal customer experiences by incorporating the magical service methodology and promoting brand awareness through building lasting emotional connections with customers
  • Managing your own counter metrics and necessary steps to manage future risks and opportunities
  • Planning the calendar year, taking into account the introduction of new products and the impact of activities/market developments from the previous trading year
  • Taking an entrepreneurial approach by proposing plans, events, and other initiatives to drive business success
  • Maintaining hygiene and safety standards at work
  • Presenting a flawless appearance and inspiring team members to show their best side
