People Operations

We are seeking an accomplished People Operations professional to join our team. As a People Operations professional, you will be responsible for supporting large-scale HR transformation initiatives, leading the end-to-end design, optimization, and documentation of HR processes, and conducting comprehensive assessments of existing HR operations.

What you'll do

• Support large-scale HR transformation initiatives such as shared services implementation, digital transformation, or post-merger integration.
• Lead the end-to-end design, optimization, and documentation of HR processes across Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Performance Management, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, HR Operations, and Offboarding.

What you need

• Extensive experience of 8-10 years leading HR process design, transformation, and optimization initiatives across the full employee lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s/ Masters’s degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
