Praktikum Agiles IT-Projekt- und Servicemanagement - Point of Sales Systeme

You will join the IT Customer, Retail and Mobility team, which serves as the interface between IT and business for the Porsche, Bentley, Lamborghini, and Bugatti brands. As a practicum student in the Point of Sale Systems area, you will be a full-fledged team member in the direct dealer and customer environment for 6 months. You will drive exciting topics independently, collect valuable experiences in an interdisciplinary context, and shape the front office technologies of tomorrow actively.

Your key areas of focus will be:

• Agile IT project management in national and international environments
• Service management with direct contact to departments, dealers, and customers
• Development of Point of Sale Systems within the scope of application management
• Analysis, modeling, and optimization of IT processes
• Implementation of your own ideas for IT innovations such as cloud and artificial intelligence

You will start in August/September 2026 and the duration will be exactly 6 months.

• Study of business informatics, business engineering, business administration, or a comparable course of study
• IT affinity and interest in the interface activity between IT, departments, and trade
• First knowledge in project or service management is desirable
• Structured and independent working style
• High team and communication skills
• High level of self-responsibility and initiative
• Good German and English skills
