As a Food & Beverage Host at our ibis BH Savassi hotel, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as managing sales and ensuring high-quality products.
Key responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests
- Manage buffets and replenish food and drinks
- Take orders and assist guests with menu choices
- Actively promote menu items and increase sales
- Clear tables and manage cash transactions
- Monitor and control inventory
Requirements:
- Completed secondary education
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, and internet)
- Basic English
Desirable qualifications:
- Bartending or waiter training
- Food safety courses
- Point of sale systems experience
- Intermediate English
