As a Host of A&B at Accor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing food and beverage services, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers, controlling consumption and serving food and beverages.
- Prepare and replenish buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and set up coffee breaks for events.
- Actively sell menu items from the restaurant and bar.
- Manage cash transactions, control inventory, and perform monthly inventories.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food handling, adhering to legislation and best practices.
- Support the cleaning, conservation, and maintenance of the restaurant and its equipment.
- Collaborate with the reception team to personalize guest experiences.
- Embody the values of our brand and participate in promoting our service culture.
