Description
We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead a new Canadian Mid-Market Goods team focused on growing Goods advertisers across verticals such as CPG, Retail, and Pharma.
As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing team of Client Partners and Account Managers, driving revenue growth, and advising sales and product management on market opportunities and strategic planning.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a high-performing team of Client Partners and Account Managers by recruiting and retaining top talent, while managing resources effectively
- Driving your team to exceed established revenue targets
- Advising sales and product management regarding market opportunities, sales positioning, use of resources, and strategic planning
- Partnering with Marketing to drive new product launches, marketing communications, and further establishing Reddit as a leader amongst challenger brands
- Partnering with Sales Ops and Finance to develop financial and operating targets, ensuring alignment with the strategic plan
Qualifications include 8-10 years of experience in digital media sales, minimum 2 years of sales management experience, and expertise in showcasing industry-wide leadership ability.
This role requires a self-starter who takes the initiative to uncover insights and opportunities that will uplevel client partnerships and operational approach, ultimately positioning the team for long-term success.
