Description
As a process trainee in the painting department, you will gain insights into the daily operations of the painting process. You will support the team in various tasks, such as conducting measurements on cars, evaluating data, and preparing graphs. You will also assist in organizing meetings and get an insight into the internal and external events of the company.
During your practice, you will receive comprehensive insights and support us, for example, in the following activities:
- Support in projects in the areas of paint and application technology
- Participation in the organization, implementation, and evaluation of test runs
- Support in the implementation and documentation of measurement series and laboratory investigations
- Participation in the digitalization of processes in the laboratory and in measurement and testing technology
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong interest in process optimization and a willingness to learn. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
The practice will take place in the painting department at our Leipzig site. You will work closely with our experienced team members and will be supported by our training program.
