Counter Manager Bloomingdales Aventura - Charlotte Tilbury

The Counter Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient operations of the Charlotte Tilbury brand at Bloomingdales. They will demonstrate the 5 P's: Professional, Proactive, Passionate, Prescriptive, and Potential.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving financial results in store to meet and exceed plan
• Leading by example on personal KPI goals
• Communicating and managing agreed goals with staff
• Being a specialist amongst retail artistry brands
• Managing customer queries and providing positive outcomes
• Building partnerships with account executives and area trainers
• Anticipating staffing needs and selecting talent
• Determining individual and team sales targets
• Analyzing business performance and planning strategy

The Counter Manager will also be responsible for maintaining the counter, managing inventory, controlling expenses, and implementing visual merchandising.

Requirements include bi-lingual Spanish, which is a plus.
