Description
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, and visualizations.
Build and optimize Power BI data models using DAX, Power Query, and best practices.
Ensure performance optimization and scalability of Power BI datasets and reports.
Work with data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or similar) to prepare and transform data for analytics.
Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end analytics solutions.
Implement data quality checks and documentation for datasets and reporting solutions.
As a Power BI Developer at MHP, you will continuously grow with your projects and objectives in an innovative and supportive environment. You will work with a team of experts to deliver high-quality analytics solutions to our customers.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Power BI development, proficiency in SQL, and hands-on experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks or Microsoft Fabric. They will also have practical knowledge of Python or PySpark for data processing and experience building end-to-end reporting solutions from raw data to dashboards.
