Description
As the Membership CRM Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of marketing activity, encompassing strategy, creation, execution, and optimisation across email, onsite messaging, and push notifications.
Your mission is to build seamless customer journeys that turn casual visitors into loyal members. You will lead the 'how', ensuring every touchpoint is timely, relevant, and perfectly aligned with our brand voice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective CRM strategies to drive member engagement and retention
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Analyzing data to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaigns
- Creating engaging brand-aligned copy and providing clear briefs for design assets
- Managing at least one direct report or demonstrated readiness to step into a formal leadership role
In return, you can expect a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000, plus benefits including uncapped leave, a share of profits, and access to our Colleague Assistant Programmes.
