Key Responsibilities:

• Customer consultation and sales of new and used cars, guarantee programs, financial services, and accessories
• Systematic processing of the sales area (outdoor sales)
• Purchase of used vehicles
• Brand ambassador with expert knowledge in all product-related topics
• Building long-term customer relationships
• Lead generation, customer care, customer loyalty
• Conducting and participating in exclusive customer events
• Collaboration and maintenance of partnerships
• Maintenance of all customer data and relevant information in CRM systems

Requirements:

• Successful completion of a commercial or technical education
• Certification as a qualified automobile salesman (m/f/d) desirable
• Friendly appearance, developed communicative competence, and sovereign manner
• Structured and independent working style
• Developed team and communication skills, as well as assertiveness
• Very good handling of digital tools, willingness to learn, and flexibility
• Affinity to luxury articles in the areas of fashion, travel, and gourmet
• Good English skills
• Valid driving license class B
