Description
The Anthropic Institute is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to oversee the operational backbone of our external convenings programs. As AI becomes increasingly powerful, we aim to engage and learn from diverse leaders and communities through in-person convenings. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing invite lists and tracking outreach, refining presentation materials, building welcome packets and research briefs, coordinating room/travel/dinner logistics, running point for day-of facilitation support, and leading post-convening communications. Additionally, the Operations Lead will own systematic follow-up, building systems to track customized post-convening support to participants as they shape and use AI in their own communities. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building scalable operational systems for new programs, have run high-touch external programs, executive convenings, or stakeholder engagement, and be comfortable with complex logistics that work across external organizations, internal teams, and executives.
The annual compensation range for this role is $180,000-$210,000 USD. The location-based hybrid policy requires staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. Visa sponsorship is available.
