We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Premier Relationship Manager RM2 in our Shanghai KWC Sub-branch.
Consolidate and expand our Premier customer base by establishing long-term relationships with assigned Premier clientele portfolios.
Manage the total wealth of clients by matching our financial and investment product solutions to their financial needs.
Promote our Premier Service to potential customers, explore their needs, and make referrals to other business units where appropriate.
Support branch improvement initiatives, provide customer feedback on our service, and ensure compliance with audit requirements and quality assurance.
Qualifications:
University-level education, preferably in finance, business, or a related discipline.
Experience in a client-facing environment with excellent relationship-building capability.
Strong sales and customer orientation, good communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of customer-centricity mindset with dedication to delivering exceptional quality services for customers.
Good understanding and strong interest in the financial markets.
Mature and independent mindset, able to work effectively under pressure.
Strong commercial orientation with acute interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Mandarin and English.
