Plant Operator II

You will be responsible for operating and maintaining all equipment and machinery in the production of plastic packaging, including start-up, granulate and repromaterial handling, machine and auxiliary equipment operation, production parameter control, packaging, storage, and waste management.

Your duties will include:

• Operating and maintaining all equipment and machinery in the production of plastic packaging
• Handling and processing raw materials and repromaterials
• Controlling production parameters and ensuring quality of finished products
• Managing inventory and supplies
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery
• Participating in the replacement of tooling on machines
• Operating an electro saw when authorized and trained to do so
• Performing other tasks as required by supervisors

You will also be responsible for:

• Operating an electro saw when authorized and trained to do so

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Participating in training and development programs
• Performing other tasks as required by supervisors
