Description
As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, you will develop and configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for campaign automation and customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include building and managing customer journeys in Journey Builder, developing dynamic email templates, landing pages, and web forms using AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and SSJS, and implementing personalization and dynamic content based on customer data and behavioral attributes.
You will also manage data extensions in Marketing Cloud and prospect lists and segmentation in Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), configure lead scoring, grading models, and lifecycle stages in Pardot, and configure localized and multi-language marketing communications.
Additionally, you will implement REST and SOAP API integrations between Marketing Cloud and external systems, configure Marketing Cloud Connect for synchronization between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud, and implement OAuth 2.0 authentication for secure API integrations.
You will set up Data Cloud integrations to ingest and unify customer data from multiple sources, manage customer data models in Contact Builder, and work with a team to design and implement marketing automation solutions.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all solutions meet the required quality standards and are delivered on time. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and to share your knowledge with the team.
