Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work
• Collaborate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
• Communicate project status and progress to clients and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the video game or localization industry
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
• Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Japanese is a plus
