About the Role
As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing, customer journey design, and experimentation, with a focus on data-driven insights to drive campaign optimizations and efficiencies.
Accountabilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth across the entire customer funnel from acquisition, engagement, to retention.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to establish key growth metrics and identify optimization opportunities to continually improve performance.
The Candidate we're looking for
Experience:
- 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience.
Technical skills:
- 3+ years of experience using data analysis or business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to inform strategic decisions or optimize business processes, with a proven track record of applying data to drive measurable outcomes.
- Proficiency in SQL to write queries for data pulling and analysis.
