As an Area Sales Manager at Oatly, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth in your assigned territory, working closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and developing strategies to meet those needs.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in your assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the market, competitors, and industry trends
  • Participate in sales meetings and presentations to customers
  • Travel regularly to visit customers and attend industry events

About You:

  • You have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the retail landscape and customer behavior
  • You're a natural communicator, able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
  • You're a strategic thinker, able to develop and execute plans to drive growth and improve sales performance
  • You're a team player, able to collaborate with others to achieve common goals
  • You're a quick learner, able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
  • You're a creative problem solver, able to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions
  • You're a strong analytical thinker, able to analyze data and draw insights to inform sales strategies
  • You're a fluent German speaker, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You have a valid driver's license and are able to travel regularly
