As a visionary engineer with a passion for generative AI and advanced machine learning, you will lead technical initiatives and foster a culture of excellence, creativity, and knowledge sharing within the Generative AI Center of Excellence.
Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI and machine learning models to address complex business challenges, providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and data scientists, conducting research on the latest AI advancements, and collaborating with product managers, software engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver robust AI solutions.
You will accelerate Synopsys' adoption of generative AI technologies, create new business opportunities, and enhance product offerings, drive innovation by integrating state-of-the-art AI algorithms into Synopsys' platforms and processes, elevate the technical capability of the team through leadership, mentorship, and knowledge sharing, and champion ethical, responsible AI development, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry best practices.
This role requires a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, minimum 8-12 years of hands-on experience in AI and machine learning, strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++, expertise in machine learning frameworks and libraries, knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization technologies, experience with version control systems and Agile/Scrum methodologies, and a deep understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and data visualization techniques.
