"" ## Our Team Since the 2026 season, Audi has been competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship. The new team has three locations. The Audi Competence Centre Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany, is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Formula 1 Factory of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland, is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Audi Motorsport Technology Centre in the United Kingdom is in its initial phase and growing steadily. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and racing operations. ## What You Need The mindset of an athlete. If you're someone who doesn't consider giving up an option and sees limits as something to be overcome, you can bring Vorsprung durch Technik to Formula 1 with us. Join this unique project and write motorsport history. Our internships and final theses are at least four months long, full-time, and we offer fair compensation. The position is intended to start in September 2026, and we require a current CV, relevant certificates, a matriculation certificate, and possibly the examination regulations of your university, as well as an up-to-date official transcript. This position is to be filled at the Audi Formula Racing GmbH location in Neuburg, Germany. In the area of engine development, you will work on the construction and development of the power unit with us. From engine design to detailed modeling, you will support the creation of components. You will ensure that the components reach the required level of maturity as quickly as possible through collaboration with calculation, testing, and engine assembly. ## Your Tasks As an intern, you will be directly integrated into the current construction and development process. Your areas of responsibility will include supporting the construction team in the area of engine development during drawing creation and constructing your own components in the test stand and engine environment.
