We're looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a Solutions Engineer, you will collaborate with our Sales and Success teams to understand customer needs and design tailored solutions that help them drive towards their desired outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
Designing solutions that meet customer needs and drive business value Co-owning product and technical evaluations with sales teams Defining scope, environments, dependencies, success criteria, and execution plans Translating customer workflows into scalable integration designs Validating technical readiness through structured discovery before delivery Guiding customers through enterprise-grade reviews, security questionnaires, data governance evaluations, and compliance alignment Consulting with legal operations, IT admins, and firm executives to drive adoption strategy, AI safety best practices, governance, and long-term expansion
To be successful in this role, you will need strong technical expertise, particularly in SaaS architectures, APIs, authentication models, and data integration patterns. You should also have experience in pre-sales support, clear communication skills, and the ability to connect technical design to measurable business value and customer impact.
Nice to have skills include experience in high-growth startup environments, understanding of legal tech, AI, or enterprise data environments, and the ability to context switch between pre-sales strategy and hands-on technical work.
