Description
This is a Strategy Manager II role in the Marketing department at ZoomInfo. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the translation of customer business objectives into actionable go-to-market strategies using ZoomInfo's platform.
The role will involve operating as a strategic contributor within the customer lifecycle, ensuring engagements move beyond tactical execution to structured GTM approaches. This will involve working within ABM and GTM best practices, including audience targeting, signal-based activation, media strategy, and campaign measurement.
Key responsibilities will include completing engagement tracks, campaign builds, and strategy execution, helping customers maximize adoption while connecting activity to engagement, pipeline influence, and campaign performance.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of professional experience with at least 1 year in a SaaS, sales, or professional services environment. They will demonstrate a foundational understanding of ABM, audience targeting, full-funnel marketing, and GTM strategy.
The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to execute within defined frameworks. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with CRM systems, dashboards, and structured or tabular data.
This is a hybrid position, working a minimum of three days per week from one of ZoomInfo's office locations.
Actual compensation offered will be based on factors such as the candidate's work location, qualifications, skills, experience, and/or training. The current base salary for this position in the US is $66,500-$104,500 USD, with additional compensation such as bonus, commission, equity, and other benefits may also apply.
