Your tasks will include:

• Supporting various HR processes, such as independent care for employees at different MHP locations or organization of internal projects
• Taking over your own projects from different HR disciplines
• Supporting employee care and communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Creating monthly evaluations and reports to ensure high-quality reporting
• Informing yourself about top trends and developments in the HR field

To be well-equipped for your path as a work-study student, you should have the following qualifications:

• Study in Business Psychology, Social Sciences, Economics, or a comparable course of study
• Passion for HR topics with a strong focus on people management
• Knowledge and first experiences in personnel management and safe handling of Office, SAP, and Success Factors (desired)
• Your way of working is characterized by self-responsibility, organizational and creative abilities, and high communication skills

Before departure:

• Valid matriculation at a university or college
• Start: 01.06.2026/01.09.2026
• Duration: 6 months
• Part-time (max. 20 hours/week)
• Field: Corporate Functions
• Language: Safe German and English
