Description

As a Marketing Events Content Manager at Anthropic, you will own the content development and execution for our 1P events and experiences. This role requires 8+ years of experience in content marketing, event content development, or a related field, ideally within technology or B2B environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing compelling keynote narratives, session descriptions, speaker talking points, and presentation content that showcase Anthropic's products, research, and customer impact
  • Creating and managing speaker preparation materials, including briefing documents, rehearsal guides, and 'Know Before You Go' content for internal and external speakers
  • Writing and producing event marketing content across channels, including email campaigns, landing pages, social copy, and promotional materials, in partnership with broader marketing teams
  • Building and maintaining event content templates, toolkits, and best practices that can scale across a growing global events calendar
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with product marketing, communications, developer relations, and sales teams to source stories, technical content, and customer narratives for event programming
  • Managing content timelines and deliverables across multiple concurrent events, ensuring all materials meet quality standards and deadlines
  • Developing post-event content, including recap materials, highlight packages, and follow-up communications that extend the impact of each event
  • Identifying, pitching, and securing external speakers for Anthropic events, including journalists, industry thought leaders, subject matter experts, and academics
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with a diverse external speaker pipeline, positioning Anthropic events as a premier destination for top voices in AI and establishing ongoing partnerships that drive recurring speaker engagement across our events calendar
  • Tracking content performance metrics and audience engagement to continuously refine event content strategy

Strong candidates may also have experience in event content for technology companies, particularly in AI, cloud, or enterprise software, and a background in producing content for both B2B and B2C audiences across event formats.

The annual compensation range for this role is $200,000-$255,000 USD.
