Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences? We're on the hunt for a visionary Head of Sales to lead our Meetings & Events (M&E) sales function and drive revenue growth across our iconic estate.

As Head of Sales, you'll be the driving force behind our commercial success in Meetings & Events. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you'll lead a team of 3 Business Development Managers and 4 Sales Executives, crafting and executing a bold sales strategy that puts Goodwood at the forefront of the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the sales strategy to maximise revenue across all M&E channels.
  • Hunt down new opportunities with corporate clients, sponsors, and high-value accounts.
  • Build bespoke, innovative propositions that make Goodwood irresistible.
  • Forge powerful relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Stay ahead of trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Drive KPIs and report pipeline progress directly to the Commercial Director.
  • Lead, coach, and energise your team to achieve greatness.

What You'll Bring
