Join our four-member intern team in the Quality Assurance Parts department at Porsche Leipzig GmbH. As an intern, you will work closely with our team to ensure that every purchased part meets our high Porsche standards. You will evaluate suppliers, analyze deviations, and accompany the complaint and defect removal process.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real-world projects and develop a deep understanding of the processes involved in producing premium vehicles. You will work closely with suppliers, logistics, analysis, planning, and product audit teams to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards.

The internship is divided into three areas:

  • Quality Assurance Press Parts: You will work in the world of body structure and surface finishes. Your tasks will include learning about factory sensors to detect defects in aluminum, steel, and plastic parts, analyzing errors in parts, and actively participating in their correction.
  • Quality Assurance Interior/Exterior: If you are interested in vehicle equipment and exterior accessories, this is the right place for you. Your tasks will include accompanying the error removal process for specific complaints in the drive train area, researching relevant quality data in our Q-systems, and participating in product audit reviews, including documenting your results.
  • Quality Assurance Electrical/Electronics: For students interested in E/E topics, we offer a deep insight into modern vehicle technologies. Your tasks will include participating in the implementation of central ESD guidelines (electrostatic discharge) at the Leipzig site, supporting the operational daily business around electronic vehicle components, and researching, evaluating, and forecasting quality data.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong passion for quality assurance and a keen eye for detail. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering with a focus on vehicle technology or quality management is required.
