Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our senior leaders. As an Executive Assistant, you will coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and leadership engagements to ensure alignment across global teams and priorities. You will also logistically support and prepare materials for business meetings and leadership events, facilitate collaboration by coordinating communications, meetings, and follow-ups on key initiatives across regions and business units, and prepare presentations, briefing documents, and supporting materials for executive meetings and internal communications.
Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense submission, and general executive assistance. You will maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive business information and executive materials, and track action items and follow-ups from leadership meetings to ensure alignment, execution, and progress toward organizational goals.
As an Executive Assistant, you will enable senior leadership to operate efficiently and focus on strategic priorities, drive operational excellence by streamlining executive communications and logistics, foster cross-functional collaboration and alignment across global teams, enhance the quality and professionalism of executive materials and presentations, ensure timely execution of key initiatives through effective tracking and follow-up, and support leadership in building a cohesive, high-performing organization.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with 4+ years of relevant experience OR 8+ years of professional administrative or operational support experience, 4+ years of experience supporting senior leaders or executive teams in an administrative or executive assistant capacity, strong written and verbal communication skills, highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and maintain professionalism when supporting senior leadership, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and collaboration tools, and experience coordinating leadership meetings, executive communications, and internal events.
